We are excited to announce that our new short film, August och kriget, directed by Samori Tovatt and Leandro Netzell, is one of the selected films to Oberhausen Film Festival International Short Film Competition, the worlds oldest shortfilm competition.
They describe it as follows:
August, who lives in the small town of Blomstermåla, is deemed unfit for military service. But as Sweden rearms and Preparedness Week reaches his small community, he is given the chance to explore both his own and others’ willingness to defend their country.
